How much does a session cost?

A QHHT session costs $333.

  • Payment Terms: A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking to reserve the day for you. (If you reach out more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule it can be applied to a session within 1 year from the original date.) The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of the session.

  • Reduced Rate Option: If the price presents a financial hardship, Tricia may offer a session at a reduced rate, subject to terms and conditions. Please reach out to discuss your situation if this applies to you.

How long does a session last?

Sessions typically last between 5 to 8 hours. This includes:

  • Pre-Session Conversation: Discuss your questions, goals, and background.

  • Hypnosis: The main part of the session, where you’ll be guided into a relaxed state.

  • Post-Session Review: Time to reflect on and discuss your experience.

Is the session conducted in person or online?

All QHHT sessions with Tricia are held in person at her quiet and charming cottage. This peaceful setting provides the perfect atmosphere for your journey of self-discovery and healing.


The sessions are conducted at: 4720 N 54th St. Milwaukee, WI, 53218.


To make finding the location easy, look for a driveway lined with trees and a colorful flag with a heart hanging on one of them. This serene space has been carefully chosen to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your session.

Are there any age or health restrictions?
  • Age Requirement: QHHT sessions are suitable for individuals 18 years or older.

  • Health Considerations: It is not advisable to have a session if you have been diagnosed with or suspect schizophrenia or multiple personality disorder, as hypnosis may not be beneficial in these circumstances.

  • Practitioner Discretion: The practitioner may choose to stop the session if they feel it is in the client’s best interest, prioritizing comfort and well-being at all times.

How do I prepare for my session?
  • Write Down Your Questions: Prepare a list of 5-10 questions or areas of your life where you’re seeking clarity or healing.

  • Get Plenty of Rest: A well-rested mind is more receptive and relaxed.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing: You’ll be lying down for an extended period, so comfort is key.

  • Avoid Alcohol or Caffeine: These can interfere with your ability to relax deeply.

What should I expect during the session?
  • You’ll start with a conversation about your questions and intentions.

  • During hypnosis, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state.

  • In this state, you may experience past life memories, symbolic imagery, or receive insights from your Higher Self.

  • After hypnosis, you’ll have time to discuss your session and integrate the experience.

Will I remember what happens during hypnosis?

Whether you remember what happens during hypnosis can vary significantly from person to person. Some individuals retain clear memories of the session, while others may experience partial or complete amnesia regarding their time under hypnosis. Additionally, many people find themselves somewhere in between these two extremes, recalling certain aspects while forgetting others.

To ensure you can revisit the insights and messages from your Higher Self, the session is recorded as an audio file.

You will receive the recording as a digital file, which you can download and save for future reference. Many clients find it helpful to listen to their session again to reinforce the messages and insights they gained.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Being hypnotized can feel like entering a state of deep relaxation combined with focused attention. The experience can vary greatly; some may feel completely at ease and absorbed in the process, while others might maintain full awareness.

In both cases the client is in an altered state of consciousness that allows access to deeper parts of the mind.

In this state clients often experience:

  • Impressions: Subtle or vivid mental imagery that can offer insights or guidance.

  • Physical Sensations: Gentle sensations in the body that correspond to the healing or exploration process.

  • Insights: Profound realizations or messages from your Higher Consciousness.

Is QHHT safe?

Yes, QHHT is completely safe. You are fully aware and in control throughout the session. The process is gentle and tailored to your comfort level.

How many sessions are typically recommended?

Typically one session is all that is needed. The intention is to foster a direct connection with your high self so that you can get your own answers after the first session. 

    We can get in depth answers to about 12 questions/themes in a session. Sometimes after the first session more questions come up, so a person may want another session. Waiting at least a month before the next session is recommended. It is important to listen to your recording several times in order to gain maximum benefit. If a serious health condition appears, that would be a reason to have a second session sooner.

Many people enjoy the session so much that they want another. This is not unusual.
